Community Gallery Series:

The Community Gallery Series concept was developed in the early Spring 2003 from an initiative exhibition space granted to CALACA at the San Marcos Business Suits and Gallery in the heart of downtown Chandler, AZ. In fact, it was in Chandler Arizona that ACLAA (now CALACA) had its first historical exhibition as an arts organization. The goal and core of the Community Gallery Series is to reach out to community audiences by taking art initiatives to the various sectors of the community. Through this initiative, CALACA hopes to open new developments of community participation through partnerships and collaborations among existing cultural organizations and institutions.
